What underwear for riding?
Which underwear is suitable for riding and what properties should it ideally have so that one can move relaxed on and with the horse and doesn't have to worry about anything rubbing or chafing - which in the worst case prevents riding because one is busy healing wounds.
Material
First and foremost, it must always be breathable. This means it must be made of high-quality materials. For this reason, professional sports usually rely on a polyamide/elastane blend. And in the best case, Lycra® elastane is used, as its properties make it the professional athlete among elastanes. This prevents unnecessary wetness of the underwear, as optimal removal of body fluids is ensured. Furthermore, this prevents infections, which should not be neglected in the intimate area - especially with thongs, this happens more easily. It is also important that the crotch is lined with pure cotton.
Cut
Which brings us to the next topic, cut: No one wants to walk around with tight riding breeches - but with a "divided bottom" (when the panty line shows across the butt). Unfortunately, no matter how toned the butt is, it always looks like a flabby bottom. This means we end up with the classic thong. But even here there are differences between a narrow string in the butt (ouch!) or a Brazilian thong, which - without leaving marks under clothing - covers part of the butt, looks good and thus has a comfortable wide band.
Fit and Support
Then the panties should fit snugly - without cutting in and not rolling down or slipping at every opportunity. Only firmer materials that do not stretch out can achieve this - which brings us back to the aforementioned polyamide/Lycra® combination.
Seamless
The underwear should always be seamless and still combine the above-mentioned properties to prevent chafing. This works best with a new laser-cut bonding technology. This means the fabric is seamlessly cut with a laser, and to seal and strengthen the edges, they are sealed with a band and the so-called bonding technology using heat. This gives the seamless panties support and also prevents the product from stretching out. And it also contributes to women not feeling the string in the butt area, as this has rightly been a deal-breaker for many riders to wear strings at all.
Special Effect
And last but not least, wouldn't it be cool if the panties also, through a lightly padded crotch, prevented the so-called obligatory cameltoe (when the pants pull up at the front into the crotch and depict the female anatomy), which easily occurs with riding breeches and thus also avoided the uncomfortable pulling into the crotch!?
As a startup, I designed the ideal sports slip ByeByeToe®, which combines all these features, and it is now well known that it is suitable for (professional) sports. But what about the extreme stress of riding? 🏇
This question has indeed been answered positively several times. For example, by Sophie, who is not only a passionate rider but also an endurance rider (rides that sometimes go over 160 km 😳) and always had problems finding suitable underwear that wouldn't chafe in the long run. She was even surprised that the ByeByeToe® panties could withstand such an extreme test. And honestly, I wasn't even aware that it was possible not to get chafed over such a distance in the saddle!?!

Furthermore, I received a "love letter" from Jasmin, how happy she is to finally no longer have problems with chafing while riding - thanks to my panties 🥰 and that my product is generally an absolute game-changer, because no more fiddling is necessary. I was even allowed to use the Instagram story she made about it as a spot.🙏

And then there's Lilli, who loves my product not only for "no fiddling" and no chafing, but also because it avoids the "obligatory" riding breeches - cameltoe (when the pants pull up at the front into the crotch). It should also be noted here that the black thong does not show through the white riding breeches.

What can I say, I am incredibly happy that ByeByeToe® has now also been extreme-tested for riding and found to be good! 🤠
