If you have never ordered before - please check the size chart. If you are wavering between 2 sizes, please choose the larger one.

2. If I have ordered before?

Current batch runs a bit small.
The finishing band is firmer again - just like the first batch and as you requested. The circumference has not been changed, but due to the firmer band, the brief fits a bit tighter.
If the last, very flexible batch fit you well, please order one size larger now.

Important information about the waistband:

Please do not be irritated by the initially firm-feeling waistband; it will become softer and wider when washed. I insisted on this band because it drives me crazy when the thong rolls down or slips 🤓 and you complained a lot that the last band was too soft and stretched out over time. The panty lasts even longer with the new solution, is more robust and fits tighter than the last batch. And if it feels too inflexible at first, you are welcome to pull it apart with all your strength a few times (yes, the panty can handle it), then it will become smooth and flexible, as you are used to.

This way you can easily choose the right size for you without having to order a selection & avoid unnecessary returns / minimize our CO2 footprint. 🙏

What is the difference compared to period underwear?

Period underwear has a completely different purpose and is processed in a completely different way. It consists of several layers of fabric, each with different functions. ByeByeToe®, on the other hand, works with a specially developed pad – similar to what you know from bras. This pad is firmly glued in but remains breathable. Fabric layers or even glued-in panty liners can bunch up and actually intensify the so-called cameltoe effect. The ByeByeToe® pad, however, is stable enough to specifically conceal this effect.

Is ByeByeToe® also suitable for discharge and light incontinence?

ByeByeToe® is primarily designed so that the panties dry particularly quickly thanks to their breathability – this is especially important during sports. The integrated pad naturally retains some liquid automatically. However, there are specially developed products for incontinence that are better suited to such needs. What makes ByeByeToe® so unique? 

• The reinforced inlay: A specially developed, integrated pad that feels super soft – similar to bra pads – but is stable enough to prevent the so-called "cameltoe" effect (the outline of the vulva showing through clothing). Conventional products usually only work with multiple layers of fabric that can easily slip or bunch up, actually intensifying the effect.

• The innovative processing: Thanks to laser-cut technology, the underwear is seamlessly cut. The additionally used bonding technology glues and thus reinforces the inlay and the seams. This creates a completely seamless product that doesn't stretch out, provides lasting support, and is particularly durable. Most competitors only use laser-cut, which can cause the product to lose its shape more quickly.

Why was the waistband changed and why does it even exist?

The waistband, which uses so-called bonding technology, ensures that the seamless processing does not stretch out even after frequent wear and washing, and provides lasting, firm support. This is one of the essential differences between ByeByeToe® and other manufacturers – in addition to the specially developed padded inlay.
In the first production batch, we used a band that only became flexible after washing – which was too complicated to communicate. Therefore, a much more flexible band was used in the second batch. However, this was too stretchy, causing the panties to run larger and no longer provide the desired support. That's why we optimized further and have now found the ideal solution. As a result, the panties currently run a bit smaller again – this needs to be clearly communicated. Additionally, it's important to know: The black models often appear somewhat less stretchy than the lighter colors – this is completely normal, although exactly the same fabrics are used.
Tip: Feel free to stretch the panties out properly more often – the material is of such high quality that it holds up without problems and is even more durable.

Why is it not produced in Germany or the EU?

Because there is currently no company in Germany or the EU that specializes in the combination of laser-cut and bonding – yet precisely this technology is what makes ByeByeToe® special. It allows the underwear to be cut seamlessly while simultaneously firmly gluing the inlay and all seams. This prevents the product from stretching out and makes it particularly durable. Optimizations

We have finally optimized the waistband. The first batch was very firm and only became flexible after washing (this was too complicated to communicate), so we made the waistband more flexible in the second batch: this was too flexible for your taste and also made the panties larger. After many tests, we have now found the final and most robust solution, which also makes the panties more durable. And this is a mixture of the first two batches, not too soft and not too firm, yet flexible. However, this means that the panties now run "normally" again and are therefore smaller than the last batch. Importantly, we have not changed the circumference.

This means order one size larger again: If you wore M last time and it fit you perfectly, now order L again. However, if M became too loose for you, please stick to M and do not order S.

And if the waistband feels too inflexible at first, you can stretch it a few times with all your strength, then it will become supple and flexible, as you are used to (yes, the panties can handle that 😊).

Furthermore, we have been able to remove the holes from the pads in the crotch with a new technology. These were necessary to ensure breathability. We have now been able to ensure this with a different technical solution. The inlay is now even more dimensionally stable than before, and the holes are no longer visible from the outside.

We have also made the thong & brief a little narrower at the sides at your request - so no more "love killers". 😁

As you can see, we strive to produce optimal products and are always open to feedback.

No scratching label

We know how annoying a label in underwear can be - if you leave it in, it bothers you; if you cut it out, it scratches, and in the worst case, you cut a hole in the underwear. 😬 That's why we simply replaced it with a print on the inside.

Laser cut / Bonding Technology

ByeByeToe® is seamlessly manufactured using innovative laser cut & thermal bonding technology (for sealing seams):
Avoids marks under clothing, stretching after washing, and ensures optimal hold. This system helps to ensure that the thong is not uncomfortable in the string area (buttocks) and prevents chafing, making it suitable for "non-thong wearers" and riders swear by it.

How did the fabric combination come about?

Due to the high functional requirements, we looked at professional sports for the selection of our materials. It quickly became clear that the high-quality fabric compositions in this area consist of polyamide & elastane:

Polyamide

Polyamide has the highest strength of all textile raw materials. We chose this fabric as the main component because, despite its extreme robustness, tear resistance, and dimensional stability, it is very fine to the touch, flexible, and light. Furthermore, it is water-repellent and therefore quick-drying - a main reason why polyamide is primarily used in functional clothing.

Elastane / Lycra®

Why add elastane? Elastane is the multi-tool among synthetic fibers and optimizes every functional product with its properties. Lycra®, with its special characteristics, is the professional athlete among elastanes. It is an extremely stretchy fiber (stretches up to 700%) but permanently retains its shape without losing tension. It is very light and soft and comfortable to wear. Due to its breathability, it ideally complements polyamide, which is not breathable in its pure form, absorbs little moisture itself, and wicks it away from the body. These properties make Lycra® perfect for tight clothing that flexibly moves with every movement and still stays in place without constricting - which is why we chose the unusually high Lycra® content of over 30%.
For the inlay, polyester is ideal: it is extremely dimensionally stable, yet soft, particularly breathable, and absorbs even less water than polyamide. It is therefore excellently suited for sports textiles and the purpose of the inlay. This is covered with pure cotton, as this is optimal for contact with the intimate area.

Washing instructions
Wash in the washing machine at an environmentally friendly 30 degrees. Not warmer, otherwise the seams may come undone due to the heat (the laser-cut bonding is sealed with heat). Best with liquid delicate or sports detergent, please do not use fabric softener. Wash with similar colours as with all materials.

Drying instructions
Simply hang to dry (this happens very quickly) and do not put in the dryer.

Longer enjoyment & protecting the environment
You can further protect the fibres and shape by using a wash bag. And if you want to do something good while washing, you can, for example, use Guppyfriend wash bags, which additionally protect the fibres, so you will enjoy your ByeByeToe® for even longer and help the environment.
